Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LeadDrive’s website and software service (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Trading name: LeadDrive. Support email: support@leaddrive.uk. Country/jurisdiction: United Kingdom.

1. The Service

LeadDrive provides browser-based tools to run niche + location lead discovery searches, enrich public business records where available, score opportunities, draft outreach copy, and export structured results on eligible plans. Features and limits may vary by plan. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

LeadDrive may process publicly available business information and website information to provide lead discovery, enrichment, scoring, and export features.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes

Paid plans are billed in accordance with the pricing presented at checkout and your subscription settings. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.

If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds. You can manage billing through the billing area in your account where available.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you must not misuse the Service to spam, harass, scrape in violation of applicable terms, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.

5. Customer data and exports

You are responsible for how you use exported data, including compliance with applicable privacy and marketing laws including GDPR, PECR, anti-spam rules, consent requirements, lawful-basis assessment, and opt-out handling. LeadDrive does not warrant that any particular outreach activity is lawful in your jurisdiction.

LeadDrive does not guarantee that every lead has complete contact data. Enrichment may return incomplete results, public business information can change, and LeadDrive does not verify email addresses. No address is marked verified, and none should be treated as verified.

LeadDrive does not guarantee outreach success, sales results, email deliverability, or campaign performance. You remain responsible for outreach activities, exported data use, lawful-basis assessment, suppression lists, opt-outs, and compliance with GDPR, PECR, anti-spam, and marketing laws.

6. Intellectual property

LeadDrive and its licensors own all rights in the Service, branding, and software. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where permissible. Lead generation outputs may be incomplete or change over time; you are responsible for validating information before relying on it for business decisions.

LeadDrive provides software tooling and does not provide legal advice, GDPR compliance advice, PECR compliance advice, or professional marketing compliance advice. You should seek independent advice if you are unsure how laws apply to your outreach or data processing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadDrive will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Our total liability for claims arising out of the Service in any twelve-month period is limited to the amounts you paid to LeadDrive for the Service during that period (or, if none, £50).

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify LeadDrive against claims arising from your use of the Service, your exports, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, subject to our right to control defence where appropriate.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, legal compliance, or non-payment. Provisions that should survive termination (including limitations, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those protections.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice in a reasonable manner (for example, email or in-product notice). Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.

13. Contact
