Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using LeadDrive’s Service. It applies to all users and supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Lawful use

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR, PECR, anti-spam, privacy, marketing, data protection, and intellectual property laws.

2. Responsible use of exported data

Exports may include business contact details. You are responsible for ensuring your use of exported data is lawful, including obtaining appropriate consent where required, honouring opt-out requests, and complying with rules governing cold outreach in your jurisdiction.

LeadDrive may process publicly available business information and website information to provide lead discovery, enrichment, scoring, and export features. LeadDrive does not verify contact information, and no address is marked verified; you must not treat any of it as verified, and you should expect some enrichment results to be incomplete.

LeadDrive does not provide legal advice, GDPR compliance advice, PECR compliance advice, or anti-spam compliance advice. You are responsible for deciding whether and how you may lawfully contact prospects.

You must not use LeadDrive to facilitate harassment, threats, discrimination, or illegal surveillance.

3. No spam or abusive messaging

You must not use the Service to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages in violation of law, or messages intended to deceive recipients (for example, phishing or impersonation).

4. Security and access

You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorisation, attempt to bypass authentication, interfere with other users, or access data you are not permitted to access.

5. Automation and rate limits

You must not attempt to circumvent usage limits, throttle controls, or fair-use protections. Excessive automated access that harms the Service or other customers may result in suspension.

6. Third-party services and sources

You are responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms when your workflow interacts with external services or data sources. LeadDrive may restrict features where required to reduce legal or operational risk.

7. Prohibited businesses and activities

You must not use the Service for:

• illegal products or services, fraud, or money laundering;
• activities that promote violence, exploitation, or hate;
• infringing intellectual property rights; or
• any activity that exposes LeadDrive or others to unacceptable legal or security risk.

8. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or block access where we reasonably believe there is a breach of this AUP or a risk to the Service. We may also cooperate with law enforcement where required.

10. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
