Is LeadDrive browser based?
Yes. LeadDrive runs in your browser, so you can sign in, run searches, review leads, and manage billing without installing desktop software.
Does LeadDrive require installation?
No. There is no download or local installation required for the public SaaS product.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Explorer is free with a monthly credit allowance and no card required. Paid plans start from £49/month.
What data sources are used?
LeadDrive uses public business discovery sources and may enrich records using public business websites. Sample data is clearly labelled in demos.
Are emails guaranteed?
No, and LeadDrive never verifies that an address can receive mail. Every address carries its origin: "found" means it was read off the business’s own site, and a "pattern guess" is an address built from their domain that nothing has confirmed exists. Guesses are kept out of the email column in exports and labelled in the app. Validate before sending.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled from billing settings where available. Access usually continues until the end of the paid billing period.
How are payments processed?
Payments are processed by Stripe. LeadDrive does not store full card details.
Who handles card information?
Stripe handles card information and payment processing. LeadDrive stores subscription metadata needed to manage your plan.
Is LeadDrive in early access?
Yes. LeadDrive is in early access while discovery quality, enrichment, scoring, and workflow speed improve with user feedback.
What happens if a search fails?
If a run fails because of a system or provider issue, contact support@leaddrive.uk and we can investigate or credit the failed run where appropriate.
