Prospecting Best Practices
LeadDrive can speed up list building, but good prospecting still requires judgement, accurate positioning, and responsible outreach.
Avoid over-broad searches
Specific niches and locations usually produce lists that are easier to review, score, and personalise.
Treat enrichment as context
Website checks and contact extraction can be incomplete. Review source context before using exported fields.
Do not assume emails are verified
LeadDrive never verifies that an address can receive mail, so no address is ever marked verified. It tells you where each one came from instead — read off the site, or a pattern guess built from the domain. Run your own validation before sending.
Respect marketing laws
You remain responsible for GDPR, PECR, anti-spam compliance, opt-outs, and how exported data is used.
Personalise from real signals
Use business name, location, website signals, and opportunity tags to make outreach relevant and honest.
Track outcomes
Use pipeline status and exports to learn which markets, signals, and offers produce useful conversations.
